Instructional Systems Development

One of UMBC's most established applied graduate programs, the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) - Training Systems program is for people who design, deliver, support and measure training, learning and performance within organizations. Graduates of the program are prepared to work in a variety of positions, such as trainer, instructional designer, instructional technology specialist, eLearning developer, training manager and more.
